It is a 45 day tournament and will have big name stars who have retired recently which may include the likes of Zlatan, Kaka, Cafu etc along with local players like how ISL was at the beginning when David James and others came to participate after retirement or almost at the end of retiring

yes, contracted players cannot be a part of it, other than on loan.
