Sun NXT - Dolby movies No dialogue

It is a problem with Sun Nxt. For me, audio is there but it is very very low and even the total volume itself is lower. Prime video is best in audio quality..

For my complaint regarding the above issue, sun nxt team replied that they are aware of this issue and their developers are working on this to give a fix soon.

I feel Chromecast is producing better audio and video for sunnxt compared to fire stick.

Mi TV pre installed SUN nxt works fine and no issues in Dolby where as the one downloaded from play store is not compatible.

Suggestion to mi TV users is please use the sun nxt available under VIP section of patch wall.. Don't use the sideloaded or downloaded app..

Dev is not responding and also I'm fed up with the Ads and uninstalled it. Thank god I didn't purchase a subscription.
