Please suggest me a TV under 20000.

32 inch size is fine with me. A good picture Or Sound Quality will be preferred But ready to adjust if It's known to last long.

Smart TVs with app loading will be good too.

Please suggest some. Also wish to note that I am tight on budget so chances of increasing budget is less.
