Bdw what should be good features for laptops like RAM, processor, Gen, Graphics etc?
For all, higher the number, better. But budget constraints.
Prefer one with Nvidia graphics card if available.

8GB RAM would be good for design softwares? Also I heard we can upgrade Graphics Card & RAM capacity?

Conisdering your budget factor, i will also suggest you to go for 8 GB RAM laptop, if you even find any model with 16 GB RAM on same budgrt range there would be some other cut offs.
What kind of software you want to design btw?

In most cases, it isn't possible to upgrade a laptop's graphics card. The vast majority of laptops have integrated graphics, which means the GPU(graphics processing unit) is permanently attached to the motherboard, and not removable as it is in a desktop PC.
Same for RAM.

So the solution would be, if you want more specs RAM & Graphics card with a cheaper deal then go for assembled desktop which you can modify as much as you want, laptop won't give you that feasibility.

As per your requirements of specs, the budget will shoot up considerably.
Understand your needs precisely and then finalize accordingly.
As per my understanding, You should go with Core i5 Processor with 4/8 GB Ram & Graphic Card. FHD screen is irrelevant and will not come in your budget and buying Core i3 with FHD screen will make you suffer.

No bro I can't, so for my required specs I could sacrifice to FHD Display.

Lenovo Ideapad Core i5 7th Gen - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home/2 GB Graphics) IP 320 Laptop Rs.45990 Price in India - Buy Lenovo Ideapad Core i5 7th Gen - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home/2 GB Graphics) IP 320 Laptop Grey Online - Lenovo : Flipkart.com

Both HP and Lenovo are good, I have no guts to suggest you a Dell because I'am suffering with Charger, Keyboard and Speaker issues with my Dell. The Charger has to be replaced every 4 months, the cost of my dell charger is Rs.1800/- I have already replaced by Keyboard twice, and the speaker is wizzing.
