I'm using Sony Pen Drive 32GB From Last 5 Yrs. Without any problem. It has good transfer speed.
When You buy must see the transfer Rate of Pen Drive.

yep the 4GB pendrive I'm still using but the Cap lost unfortunately
But 4GB and 32GB both Transcend made and working well.

I have a Kingston pen drive from 2009, still working fine. Sony pen drives are also good but costly. Almost costs double than small brands.
