Seeking Help Suggest a Laptop within 40K

I'm planning to buy a laptop during the upcoming sale. I mainly use it for AutoCAD, QGIS, and Microsoft Office. I want it to work well for at least the next four years.

I just got zenbook , and it works like a GOAT.
Look if vivobook or zenbook comes at affordable rates . Even if its around 50k
