I would suggest you to go with htc 826. Even I'm using the same and quite happy with it.
One fact for you to note down: as the no of processors in your phone increases the heating level will automatically increase. Even in HTC826 you will have a bit of heating issues but you will get adjusted to it once you use it for 2-3 days.
