How is their service .. I frequently get problems in bsnl atleast once in a month . Although they solve problem immediately after complaint. But I feel its costly with low speed .

Depends on your local cable operator. Mine does work as soon as i call him, or even before. So depends on your luck i would say.

Costly - might be but not fraud and central govt. company.
