Depends on your local cable operator. Mine does work as soon as i call him, or even before. So depends on your luck i would say. :P

Costly - might be but not fraud and central govt. company.
 
Change plan to BBG COMBO ULD 699 - Speed 10 MBPS till 10 GB but everyone is getting Happy browsing offer pre fup speed extension for last 3 months.

or

ULD 499 - 8MBPS till 10 GB in this too Happy browsing pre fup speed is maintained.
