What I meant was a leader from a party who is the PM is dedicating something to a leader of another party, did this happen before?

In Assam they forcefully named colleges after Deendayal Upadhya. People protesting against it wasn't enough for government. They needed to disrespect the decision by putting black paint on his name for government to stop naming colleges after him. My point here is BJP has no leader people love to sell their legacy. So they hijack names of leaders of other parties to promote them. There is always Vajpayee the best prime minister of our country till date. But we both know Modi couldn't stand him as he wanted him out for Gujrat riots. It was Advani who stopped him from doing it.

I'm not aware of the first part of your statement. But each words of 2nd part are my thoughts (beliefs) too.
I've told my so many friends that ABV is/was the best PM we ever had. Also, LK Advani would be a far better PM than Modi.

Oh come on guys. Most of us know why this sudden love on Patel ji. BJP leaders obviously didn't grow so much love towards him. Yeah they built the statue of another political party's leader and this might be the first time such thing ever happened. In the end, it's for obvious political benefits!! But it's fine, lot of public money gets wasted in other things too. At least this one created some employment and a little financial benefit as well although it's a loss overall, blessing in disguise!!

Why are some members who cannot debate in proper manner tend to go personal, call me BJP IT cell, etc.

Is the rule only for Kaps bro who is banned ??? Other members are left without any warnings.

fact is fact, more that 5000 Indian workers were involved in this, no Chinese workers, Lots of locals got employment.

Sardar may be from another party, but the fact was he was a nationalist, and there is nothing wrong in showing the contributions of a nationalist

I'm not a Mod, but I reviewed this thread. You were the first one to get personal by mocking people as economist and researchers etc and you followed it up by calling members as Anti Nationals etc. Apologies if I'm interrupting something but I felt that I should take a stand for the other members who are sharing their thoughts in the thread and stop this self victimization.

Rest I leave it to the Mods to take a call on this issue
