If India would have been in place of Sri Lanka i don't think they would have lost the match because first of all Bangladesh not really a good team and second that when India playing in sub continent pitches it is really difficult to beat them

I agree bro to your point,but the team current Indian team is very strong.There batting performance against Australia in ODI series can't be matched by current Bangladesh team

but you have to also agree with the current form of Indian team ok we lost against South Africa fair but we not able to win single match against New Zealand if Bangladesh able to beat New Zealand then why not India.

Because Indian players lack of experience of playing in foreign conditions.BCCI keeps them playing mostly in India.Conditions in India are different from other countries.In India fast bowlers don't get much swing and Bounce.Outside countries have bouncy pitches.In India batsman get lot of help from the pitch while Outside pitches give bowlers good help.

They need to get exposed to foreign conditions to play well in foreign conditions.
