Sri Lanka have ringed in four changes
to their ODI squad for the final two
matches against India. Ace batsman,
Kumar Sangakkara has been rested,
while Upul Tharanga, Suraj Randiv
and Dhammika Prasad have been
ignored.
The selectors have roped in Lahiru
Thirmanne, Dinesh Chandimal,
Ajantha Mendis and Shaminda Eranga
as replacements.

After performing badly in the first
ODI, Tharanga was dropped from the
side for the second ODI, while Suraj
Randiv and Dhammika Prasad got no
respect from the Indian batsmen as
they were on the expensive side.
Sangakkara, who failed in the first
ODI, made up for it with a half-
century in the second match, albeit
in a losing cause.

Mendis and Eranga are returning to
the national fold, after being ignored
for Sri Lanka's home series against
Pakistan. Although, Thirimanne was
picked for the Pakistan ODIs, he did
not get a chance to take the field.
