Why people in this fourm think that starlink will be available in b2c model that to retail users. In my opinion and current deal with Airtel and jio i think it will be in b2b model where starlink is as source and jio and airtel as distributor. They provide via airfibre, tower backhaul and direct to device/ cellphon( which starlink already provide in form of text only).
