No the time is being changed because of Ramadan. Starting of the T20 match directly collides with Iftar time which is not expected.

To all those who were challenging me that I was wrong that Star Sports did not have the rights of Bangladesh cricket till 2020, I would want an immediate apology after they read the trail mails -
