I think India should again start telecast only DD1 and DD2 and companies should also start selling b&w tv's.

Present TRAI scenario reminds me of this every time:p😜

Unless electricity become prepaid that problem will not solve. As per latest report published today in et unpaid power bill of India is 35000 crore.
So people are smart also. They use Electricity but don't want to pay bill. And if you go to disconnect or fine then they are waiting with iron rod to beat you. This one is latest

Just do a google search you will get hundreds of such incidents. So official took safe route impose load shedding. 😉

Also India has already became the highest paying country for cable/dth channels despite watching ads 90% and content 10%
