No.Hmm just took bath after mop the home .. no lunch only tea biscuits & milkshake .. night full meals

I haven't watched them before. But i heard people watch it with XRAY plates and such glasses hence asked.
It's must for us to take bath & wash our clothes after the eclipse.
Why?
Because due to eclipse our body & clothes became impure.
I also used to watch it through x-ray sheet but from last two times I'm seeing it through water.
