Amazon Prme Video today unveiled two new British sports documentaries: “Rooney,” about legendary soccer player Wayne Rooney, and “Lioness: The Nicola Adams Story,” about boxing champ Nicola Adams.
Adams’ doc will stream first, on Nov. 12, followed by Rooney’s in early 2022.
Both features will give viewers a glimpse into the life of two top athletes, offering interviews with their inner circle and examining the challenges they faced on the road to glory.
