Seems all OnePlus phones which support N28 are also 28A ones seems they won't be able to use Jio's N28

You need to visit site cacombos.com where everything is given in detail(You need to confirm the model number from ecommerce website and this site, if it matches and if it has desired CA combination then you can go ahead and buy that particular device). Generally Motorola, One Plus and top end flagships from Realme, Xiaomi, Samsung also supports 4*4MIMO on all bands 3/40/41. So you can buy those. In budget only Motorola does. All the devices launched in India under 20K by Motorola has support for 4*4MIMO and 3CA.

Currently, Moto G71 is cheapest device with 4*4MIMO and 3CA which can last till 2024. Supports all 5G bands as well. With Jio you will find speeds capped on this device even on 5G, but on Airtel and Vi you can get maximum potential speeds which can network provide.
Do you know about Pixel 6 and 6A?

Don't know about Pixel 6 as it is not launched in India. European version which is available at some retailers do support 3-40/1-3.
About 6A, it supports 1-3-8/3-5-40/3-40. I didn't notice any other combinations.

I would like to add one more thing. Due to Exynos modem, I faced issues in signal reception most of the times. Calls used to get disconnected in between.

3t has CA support also tried VI for the last 2 months on s22 ultra apparently they haven't enabled CA in all towers also VI is not stable whenever I switch on internet it immediately switch to 2g. I don't know how VI users getting high speed are u guys VI employees or something?

Depends on location and handset mostly. For last few months, depends on speed caps as well. Vi has started capping 21Mbps AMBR even for postpaid unlimited 699 and 1599 family plans. For some it's 100Mbps cap. For some it's no speed caps. For some it's 41Mbps. For some it's 50Mbps. So even if you have CA enabled handset and CA enabled tower you won't get maximum speeds. Right now only Gujarat is state where sims(prepaid) are uncapped as far as my experience goes(Speeds on 1+3+8 goes above 150-160Mbps easily and 3+41 goes above 200Mbps on Realme X2 Pro and One Plus 8T in Tier 2 towns like Surat and Vadodara). Mumbai sims are capped at 40Mbps since last three months(but before cap I have crossed 225Mbps easily on 1+3+8/3+41 early morning). Also 3+41 consistently went above 150Mbps from 6AM-10AM on few sites. These speeds can touch 300Mbps easily if they enable 4*4MIMO and if they launch 5G on n78 immediately. The speeds I mentioned are on 2*2MIMO(Moto G40/G71, but flagships give maximum consistent speeds). Once they enable 4*4MIMO, gain will be immense.
So, I will say it again, it depends on location and handset. We will have to wait till 10 November for CA activation and speed cap removal. Let's see what happens.

About that 2G connection, it will continue to happen for two more years. Till 2G shuts down. I see Airtel 2G shut down by 2024 end completely.
