as I posted earlier, I bought Redmi4 on 20th sale for my friend and Delivered the same to him on 22nd July.
Today (23/07) he told me that Phone taking a long long time to charge (Nearly 6 hrs. for 0-78%) . He is using Supplied charger and cable provided with Phone(2A charger given).
So, guys what's could be the problem??? Phone need to be replaced or something I could do for him???

Yes. It takes a while. I have the same complaint. I think we are used to fast charge phones and this is not a fast charge phone. Moreover phone gets heated if I use the charger provided. I prefer other chargers

Might happen for 1st 1-2 charges. Check after that.

None. If the issue remains it might be a charger problem. As 4100 mAh battery should take more than 3:30hrs without usage to charge using a 2A charger.

I'll check with my brother and tell you. By the way, where you ordered. I ordered in MI store. There's no cancelation or return.
