I was thinking to buy One Plus 3 but it's not available from Cloudtail and I don't want to go with any other sellers

Bro it is not available from Cloudtail from long time. You should order from another top rated seller like E-Mobiles who deal with most of the OnePlus products which Cloudtail don't have in stock most of the time.
