Seeking Help Shifting from BSNL to Airtel or Jio AirFiber as their optical fiber unavailable. Which one is more reliable?

Along other Airtel, I also had placed a Jio Fiber booking request. It’s been 24 hrs and no Jio Sales representative called back

I did get a sms yesterday that someone would get back.

In case of Airtel, they are very quick, you get a call in minutes after placing a new connection request from the ground sales person.

Jio has become a mediocre company by now. Just that they lasted long by eliminating most of the competition thus this hassle.
