No bro .. I think u misunderstud the 15th pnt what they said " After 3 months of Aircel - Maxis deal , Maxis (Aircel Company) invested Maran's owned business of Sundirect dth :k .. And They (Aircel-Maxis) took 20 percent equity share of Sundirect :k bro " .. So itz Maran not holding aircel whereas maxis holding Sdirect share ..

Now if maxis owners were put behind jail by Supreme Court in next hearing then who will fund Sundirect? Also Supreme Court can attach all maxis properties to recover money then Supreme Court can also attach sundirect. So sundirect future is also hanging with Aircel. Isn't it?
