SC open to change its order on National Anthem, says one doesn't have to wear patriotism up his sleeves all the time

On National Anthem, SC puts Govt in dock: Why don't you bring regulations if you want it..don't burden the court with it..
Justice DY Chandrachud echoes a common man's feeling:people r afraid of being called anti-national if they oppose mandatory
SC says it is considering to change its order from all movie halls"shall"play National Anthem to all movie halls "may"..will give discretion
People go to cinema halls for undiluted entertainment..society definitely needs entertainment, not moral policing

SC says no moral policing on National Anthem . Bring laws if you want to, keep the Court out is the message from SC

The government will now reply to the court, stating whether it wants to issue a fresh circular or not.

While it was made mandatory for cinema halls to play the National Anthem, Court never told what will be punishment for people who didn't stand up. That was a grey area, what if Mob takes matter in it's own hands. We have already seen lynching by 'Gau Rakshaks'.
Jingoistic patriotism is never good. :hands:

That's the same thing SC is asking.. Indirectly court asking to keep them out of this thing
