Samsung seems to be developing yet another phablet, dubbed SM-G7102, as spotted in a FCC listing.

The Samsung SM-G7102's FCC listing was spotted by Phonearena, which notes that the official name of the alleged Samsung smartphone has not been revealed by the listing.

The FCC listing reveals some of the features of the alleged SM-G7102 which include a 5.2-inch display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels, hinting that the device might be a mid-range smartphone with HD display. Further, the listing suggests that Samsung SM-G7102 will come with dual-SIM support and would run Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.

Phonearena speculates that the alleged SM-G7102 with dual-SIM support might be targeted for developing markets, which also includes India and parts of Europe. The report also quotes shipment data obtained from a source and shows units shipped from Korea to Delhi for testing and evaluation. As of now, not many details about the alleged Samsung SM-G7102 have been revealed.

Recently, Samsung announced plans to launch smartphones with displays bearing pixel densities of 560ppi and 4K resolutions by 2014-2015.

Samsung at its Analyst Day event in Korea revealed its plans for the next few years which included the development of a custom ARM CPU, much like Qualcomm and Apple. This meant that Samsung would soon launch its custom CPU architecture licensed from ARM and which would be compatible with ARM instructions for its upcoming devices.

Another report also suggested that Samsung's next-generation of high-end smartphones, including the rumoured 2014 flagship, the Galaxy S5, would come with a 16-megapixel camera.
