Sad News Samsung sending marketing information through Push notifications

Samsung sending Push notification ads via its Samsung Push Service app. I get these ads whenever some high range phones they launch.

App which comes pre-installed to send Push notification ads and can't be uninstalled: Samsung Push Service - Apps on Google Play

They should atleast exclude this app from their high end phones.

It's marketing
They're targeting the correct person (Samsung flagship users). They think flagship users are willing to pay more and likely to upgrade. I'm not using Samsung's flagship phone and I didn't got the notification. But, got a notice via Samsung Members app to 'register my interest' (everyone will receive that, I guess).

Just got another notification. I didn't opt-in for such notifications ever. There is no option to opt-out as well.
