Dont know why Samsung has disabled this setting by default.

From oneui 6 update itself they've made it disable in os update package even though if we have enabled it before update, we have to enable them again manually. Previously it was not like that. But notification categories are highly useful to turn off particular useless notifications like ads, promotions etc which spams from the installed apps.
