Samsung, is breaking new ground by offering 20-year warranty for the first time on Digital Inverter Motor used in its washing machines and Digital Inverter Compressor used in its refrigerators.

Samsung India today inaugurated its second Premium Experience Store in the state of Gujarat at the International Business Center (IBC), Surat. Earlier this year, Samsung opened its first premium experience store in Gujarat, in the state capital, Ahmedabad.

This is the first-ever union at the South Korean giant’s Sriperumbudur facility, which employs close to 5,000 workers and is one of two factories that the chaebol operates in India.

 
Samsung India workers at the Sriperumbudur factory have called off their month-long strike and will resume work in batches from March 8. The company is committed to resolving issues directly with workers and will take disciplinary action against 23 previously suspended workers.

The company misclassified components, including Remote Radio Heads used in mobile towers, to avoid taxes. The payment includes unpaid taxes and fines, and seven executives face penalties.

 
Samsung is implementing an inactive Samsung account policy. Samsung accounts that have not been logged in to or used for twenty-four (24) months will be considered inactive and will be subject to deletion.

Already Samsung is unnecessarily hiking product prices and launching new phones at higher prices this will lead them to do even more. This will be dumped on the head of customer by hiking prices more. Samsung phones in India have become overrated. Midrange and budget range are simply crap and not worth for its useless exynos processor phones and highly overrated. Same goes with its electronics
