Can't say as not experienced 4.0.3 . Experiencing 4.0.4 directly

Checked a blog and the only difference in 4.0.4 is boot up time faster, other things were already changed after update from 4.0.2 to 4.0.3. The features are almost same, main menu looks changed that's another improvement.
