Wait... Samsung M51 came with 7000mAh battery right? But M52 with 5000mAh only? Why such a downgrade?

Glass back to Plastic back is OK, at least plastic is more durable. FHD+ to HD+ is also expected in budget phones, reason may be Pandemic + Inflation. But why downgrade from 7Ah to 5Ah battery? At least M51 had one USP with that Jumbo battery.

Actually M51 was a rebranded A71 with Bigger Battery. But M52 is a complete rebrand of A52s. Earlier A50 Series phones used to get rebranded to M30 Series. But now A30 Series phones are rebranded to M30 Series.

All new Samsung Galaxy M52 5G launch is on 28th Sept 12 PM in Amazon
So, the OG Monster in M51 has done a lot of exercises (as shown in the pic) and now became LEANEST monster by shedding lots of weight, due to reduction of the battery capacity from 7000mAh to 5000mAh one.

Actually 7000mAh battery was USP of M51, now M52 is just yet another Samsung mid range phone with average specs. LEANEST monster is ugly and useless, imho.

I won't say average. But more like "not so special". It has decent specs, but nothing stands out. And I am guessing the price will be around ₹29,999. Or atleast ₹27,999. There are much better options at this price range.
