Seeking Help Samsung Back up failed

MY SAMSUNG SECURE FOLDER DATA MISSING AFTER BACKUP

Hello all,
Yesterday I factory reset my Samsung A55 phone because of heating issue.
Prior to reset I did backed up all data including "secure folder", after factory reset through Smart switch I restored all the data including Files, images, videos, documents & apps including secure folder data.
But after restoring I couldn't see secure folder data rest all got restored.
This pathetic samsung care isn't responding properly & telling me I haven't backed up properly so couldn't restore it.
I could see the same Secure folder in back up & restore option
Can anyone help me in this issue, the missing data is very important for me.

I again tried restoring secure folder several times since it will there till another 3 weeks in cloud but couldn't see it anywhere after restoring .

In below ss it can clearly seen that Secure folder is backed up in cloud, but couldn't successfully restore it.
Samsung care is telling me I should have move all files from secure folder before factory reset, again I asked them if I am supposed to move out all files from secure folder why system allowed me to back up as it is neither it didn't gave me instructions to move out later he replied with some useless points, as a conclusion they are saying I cannot restore this backup .

If you have another samsung device, try creating Secure folder and after that go to settings option in Secure folder itself you will see option to restore backup after signing with samsung account.

As i heard news about secure folder is going to remove from One UI 7 as per Samsung. I don't know about where is going to move away with different place in setting or it could be part of Samsung AI features that will come up with new pricing in later 2025-2026.
however, if your backup is not done or completed do make sure stable wifi, or some data could be error that need to be deleted before backup will restart again or also check your samsung account login.
