This is not the way to stop piracy! The solution is to go to the heart of the problem ! Blocking sites wont do anything ! , a new site will come up if one gets blocked!

Exactly, if they have to stop piracy, go to the root, create awareness on the benefits of buying original...etc

Blocking and Taking don sites are not gonna help, ever !
