Seeking Help Router page is not opening

I am not able to Log in to Router page (192.168.1.1) on my computer( through Ethernet) or on my Mobile ( through WIfi).
checked with CMD following command :
ipconfig : default Gateway is 192.168.1.1

Pinging 192.168.1.1 with 32 bytes of data:

Still not able to open, earlier it used to open with ease
any help is appreciated

Is it a TP LINK router? Do a hard reset and then connect via ethernet and open the default gateway page on the browser, then do all the settings from scratch.
