Day 3 Results-

Abhinav Bindra finished fourth in the 10m air rifle event. Gagan Narang failed to qualify for the finals.

Indian men’s hockey team lost 2-1 to defending champions Germany.

Indian women’s hockey team lost 3-0 to Great Britain.

Manavjit Singh Sandhu and Kynan Chenai failed to qualify for Finals of the Trap event.

Swimmers Sajan Prakash and Shivani Kataria also fail to get past preliminary heats.

Archer Laxmirani Majhi out in Round of 32 of individual event.
