LCO had cut the wire or he came to fix the JioFiber cable? Because JioFiber isn't managed by LCOs. It's directly managed by Jio.

No bro, ur correct lco only provide new connection, most of users posted in their block WhatsApp group & mygate apartment app, after they contacted senior team, resolved earlier

Also act & Tata fiber also came in our apartment, if they not fixed earlier means, many users move to act/Tata fiber
