{Resumed} JioFiber down in my area above 12 hours for maintenance, still now not resumed

With JioFiber, if area gets a wire cut, you can expect them to promptly resolve within hours because multiple users get affected.
With Jio AirFiber, if ODU gets misaligned, they need to visit your house and fix it which will take a longer time.
This is not like dth alignment bro. you know this.

Airfibre is good untill unless your area jio tower is good if any issues happened in tower then we might get to know the real face of airfibre

Especially in cyclone landfall
 
LCO had cut the wire or he came to fix the JioFiber cable? :rolleyes: Because JioFiber isn't managed by LCOs. It's directly managed by Jio.
No bro, ur correct lco only provide new connection, most of users posted in their block WhatsApp group & mygate apartment app, after they contacted senior team, resolved earlier

Also act & Tata fiber also came in our apartment, if they not fixed earlier means, many users move to act/Tata fiber 😅

if this happens, mobility services are also effected. 5%chance only.
coastal areas only will get this type of issues majorly.
otherwise airfiber >> fiber.
