If we exchange our 2 g mobile with jio phone 1 at 501rs there after can we upgrade it with jio phone 2 by giving again 501 rs is this possible or not

No that's completely impossible you can only get JioPhone 1 by paying 501.

& It will be intresting to know that if it will be compulsary to buy 2 jio sim with jio phone2.

Hello guys..!! Jio Phone 2 will be available to purchase in a Flash Sale on 16th Aug 2018. Like Xiaomi Redmi, OnePlus this mobile phone also has created a buzz in the market so, I think it will be out of stock within a few seconds. It won't be that easy to get this phone.
