Bro my phone is c1 and i bought in 2012 ...so i guess they ll ask for bill of old phone to know buy date of old phone

No you can't exchange your 2010/2012 phone model. Your phone model should be 3.5 year old(bought after 1st january 2015).

Mobiles that were sold in the last 3.5 year ( 1st Jan 2015 onwards) are eligible for exchange.

Nokia 3110C is showing eligible for exchange on Jio website.

How they ll know bro its old phone ?

They can know it by the IMEI of your old phone.

Jio is saying that phone should be purchased after Jan 1, 2015. On the other hand, Jio website is showing old nokia phones are eligible for exchange (even Nokia 1200)

I dont think bro they ll check with imei... i guess what they saying that your phone ll be bought after 2015 ll be only in terms and conditions they ll exchange all old feature Working phones with model name mention in website... nobody ll notice about date of purchase
