Yes, prime video does not play in FHD quality in Jio STB. The highest quality in which it plays videos is HD.

There is problem in Prime video App in Jio STB, the same account plays video in FHD quality in firetv stick.

Standalone. i can play in FHD in Firetv stick but in only HD in jio tv stb.

After using Amazon fire tv stick almost 6+years , I am facing few issues with jio fiber set top box.
1.Remote Built Quality is below average. Feel like cheap chinese item in hand.

2. Button placement is pathetic. Most of the time I have seen Ok button in middle position of remote, mic button on top and play pause rewind forward button at lower middle portion but in jio all these button placed in different position.

3. UI is still outdated . U cant change app postion. Can't organise according to your preference.

4. Most pathetic part is software. In youtube, there is no speed selection option.

5. Most bad part is, they have injected ad in youtube. Means U are watching a video , in between suddenly aditya birla financial ad pop up. This ad is not same as youtube ad.
