I already commented Jio TV+ is one of the best OTT content aggregator. In Jio TV+ section, Movies, Shows and Live TV channels available. Filters also available to filter genre and language. The Live TV section already have genre and language, but If it have Favorite channels section it would be a complete one. From the angle of users it would be a excellent feature.

I am unable to get Dolby Digital audio from Jio STB, program listing shows DD 5.1 but I am getting only 2 channel audio to my Denon AVR. Tried connecting via optical cable but I am unable to get.
My doubt is does Jio STB really provide DD 5.1 output?
Am I missing something here? Any specific setting for this?

My setup:
Jio STB > HDMI > TV (for picture)
Jio STB > Optical cable > AVR (for Audio)

Experts may please clarify...

For the people who are interested, Jio TV custom ROM is developed by someone in XDA and available now. It's based on Mi STB it seems.
It's good things that there is some development happening. I don't have Jio connection or STB, hence haven't tried it myself.
