no need to exchange the data card. we can get the link for register the 4g sim  in the reliance portal and discount price and immediately we can buy the device on shop.reliance.com at a price of 899. i think no need to exchange the data card.

I also got sms from them for upgrade (Chennai circle).. yes the device is a wipod and it's MRP is 3200, launch offer price is ₹2700, and for existing customers they give it for 899₹..

For me it's saying ₹2499. Is it possible for you to buy one for me at 899₹??

firstly u go to Reliance store with ur Reliance data card number and store agent noticed ur number their register book and give the 4g sim with free of cost. Then u can register the sim at http://reliancenetconnect.co.in. Then u will be redirected to Buy the device section and u can buy at 899 rupees. This is the process. no exchange needed. but u have the data card connection with Reliance.
