My entire family is using realme phones. No complaints till now. My dad's realme X still gets software updates and even got updated to Android 11 (It was launched with Android 9). My cousin's family and many of my friends also use realme phones. Never heard any complaints from them either.

In case of Vivo/Oppo offline stuff, you need to sometimes pay double for the same specs.
