Bootloader has been unlocked for all devices except Realme1. It'll be unlocked in this month's OTA update.
You just need to install a package to use it.

They're saying it'll have "Best Style & Best Power in the Same Segment" that means it'll be under 10,000.
Realme1 + Realme2 = Power of Realme1, Features of Realme2 & new back panel or dew drop notch.
It's just my guess as they're saying to put these two phones together.
