Realme 2 Pro has started receiving the Android Pie-based Color OS 6 update in India. The Update size is 2.25 GB.

It is a phased update rolling out to random users from today, If no critical bugs are found, the full roll out will be completed in few days.

No do not update manually. There are some issues with that update. People are complaining that their Phone got stucked on Realme Logo (Possibly Soft Bricked) after updating.

It's better to wait. They have Removed that Device from Official software update site Software Update - realme (India)

Yes I tried searching, but it was removed from the software update page. May be because of the same reason u gave

Realme has acknowledged and apolozied for the new Pie Update which is Causing Bootloops in some Realme 2 Pro devices.
