Reliance Communications (RCom) has launched its own “Welcome Offer” for new pre-paid customers joining its network with a new SIM card. Under the offer, new prepaid customers will enjoy full talktime, free data and a special calling rate of just 25 paise per minute with the 'DoubleScoop Plan'.

The 2G DoubleScoop plan in Delhi & NCR starts from a Rs 2141 recharge which gives 2141 talktime and 5 GB of data usage, along with 25 paise per minute call rates for a period of 3 months.

Further, 3G plans start from Rs 2295 recharge which gives 2295 in talktime and 3GB of 3G data usage, along with 25 paise per minute calling rate for 3 months.

The DoubleScoop 2496 Plan on 3G offers 2496 minutes in talktime and 10GB of data usage, along with 25 paise per minute calling rates for 3 months.

“Since the talktime being given is equal to the MRP, it is akin to a money-back plan and the benefits are virtually free. Customer can also do repeat recharges on the DoubleScoop Plan,” the company said in a statement on Thursday.

For existing RCOM customers in Delhi & NCR, the telco has rolled out the 'NonStop Plan', which offers 1,000 local & STD minutes, along with unlimited calls to any Reliance number anywhere in India. Customer can dial USSD *129# to know the validity of their plan.
The company said that new offers are in line with its continued strategy to offer best value to its customers during the upcoming festive season.
