Seeking Help Random connection of calls to Airtel customer care

Hi all , couldnt find the thread .
for some days ,Im getting multiple calls from Airtel customer care , Airtel DTH coustomer care, saying I called them , but clearly im getting call from them. I have raised same issue but have not found any response.

Can anyone help me why this is happening.
Also its a verified customer care number and not a SPAM

What's the number? If you can share, it would help us identify from which Airtel product team they are calling.
 
These are normal mobile numbers, not the usual VOIP number (+91 73044 11193) from which they call generally.

I had a similar experience though. Once I installed my Airtel Fiber connection last month, after 2-3 days, I got daily calls from random mobile numbers who used to tell that they are calling from Airtel wifi and they had my account details for the new wifi connection like my DSL ID etc. They used to say I have placed a request for relocation which I clearly didn't. I mean I had installed my wifi connection less than week ago and they were talking about relocation request which I found very strange. It lasted for a week of daily calls from them, then they completely stopped. 🤷‍♂️

dont understand the rationality . Airtel customer care is actually good, but don't understand this nescience. Thankyou , i was afraid someone had hacked into my account .
