Private FM radio brand Radio City, which is run by Jagran Prakashan subsidiary Music Broadcast Ltd, has become the leading radio network in Maharashtra with the launch of its new station in Kolhapur. With the new launch, Radio City now boasts 11 stations in Maharashtra.
The new radio station was acquired under Phase III auctions held last FY. With the new acquisition, the station has presence in Maharashtra with a network spread across Pune, Ahmednagar, Solapur, Sangli, Nanded, Jalgaon, Akola, Nagpur, Nashik, Kolhapur.
