They started doing it after report emerged that Jio speed decreased in Dec 2016 and slower than airtel. Their argument was that as they reduce speed to 128 kbps after FUP limit so it brings down the average speed of Jio. But people don't buy it.

After that they don't throttle speedtest connection so that people get full speed in speedtest.

Ok bro .. But bro I didn't face any issue in browsing .. Only video buffering is issue other than no issue in browsing and page loading fast and reliable as like in FUP data sp ..
