In google play store there will a app called Engineer mode test tool . install and try. in that app go to engineer mode network band select select band 40(2300)

Are you sure it will work with Exynos ? :huh

AFAIK in Mediatek processor band can be changed easily with MTK Engineering app. I have no idea about Exynos  :s
