Nowhere in the world we will see 2G VoLTE network. It happens only in India, our 2G network is VoLTE capable giving us HD voice

I am also getting worst speed between 10am to 5pm in all lte bands B3 B5 B40 even it is always being said that B40 band gives more speed than lower bands but in my case 850mhz always gives better speed than 2300mhz band. I get 5-6 mbps in B40 in busy hrs but in 850 MHz I always get 20 to 24 mbps speed
