Seeking Help PORT to BSNL but when trying to make call it says 'Service is currently not available please try after some time.'

Few days back I ported my SIM from airtel postpaid to BSNL as that airtel sim was extra in my house. After, 7 days I insert the sim and when trying to call it's says 'Service is currently not available please try after some time.' Trying to recharge too but the recharge get cancelled.
HELP!
 
I got my bsnl/mtnl sim on 14/08/2024 from sanchar hatt Dwarka and said the 10-12 day wait for activate after I went to mtnl office and again said that wait for another 7 days, after 7-10 days sim automatically network comes, but I am trying to call the customer care number but didn't connect and no outgoing or incoming call and said that the service is trying to call is not available on this number what should I do
