MUMBAI: Director Mohit Suri brings Murder 2 - the sequel of successful movie Murder along with a bunch of music composers - Harshit Saxena, Sangeet Haldipur, Siddharth Haldipur & Mithoon. Lyricists Sayeed Qadri, Kumaar and Mithoon put their best for some impressive tracks in the album of Murder 2. The movie is scheduled to release on 8th July, 2011. The tracks are now available for download on Hungama.com
The tracks are interesting and do well in engaging the listeners. A compilation of eight tracks, the album is full of melodious and romantic songs. Murder 2 starts with Harshit Saxena not just singing the first song, but also composing it. “Hale Dil” begins with slow-paced instrumental music. Later the soundtrack tunes on band music. Another track composed by Mithoon is “Phir Mohabbat’’ that has Mohammed Irfan, Arijit and Saim Bhat behind the mike. Th? ???w-paced song instantly intrigues the interest of listeners because the awesome lyrics. It radiates pain, love, emotion, passion - all at the same time. All the singers have put in their best to make it a memorable song. “Aye Khuda” is composed by Mithoon and sung by Mithoon, Kshitij Tarey and Saim with great passion and devotion. It’s a sufi mix and more like a prayer to god. The composition is brilliant and is soothing to ears. “Aa Zara” is another track in the album, sung by Sunidhi chauhan. It is sensous in its appeal and reminds of thrilling music of the 70’s.
