Please suggest me good tablet - 8 to 9 /10 inch and the budget is 6k - 9k. os - android/windows. with good battery backup, storage and processor, good resolution cameras - flash, dual sim, dual band wifi, hotspot, 3G / 4G, good lighting, non heating, non plastic.

basic purpose reading ebooks, storage of pdfs, normal calling, browsing, youtube and regular apps.

are windows based best or android based best? do suggest me windows based tablets also.

is it worthy to buy online or offline? if online do mention the best offers preferably amazon.

please suggest good 10 inch, sim based, 3g / 4g, good battery life, screen and display, camera with flash, wifi and hotspot, non heating and android nougat / oreo tablet for my requirements - reading ebooks and pdfs and storage, browsing, voice calling, youtube and regular apps. not into gaming.
